We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the administrative functions within the college. • *Key Responsibilities**:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, enrollment, and other relevant administrative data.
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for college staff, faculty, and students.
– Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
– Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
– Provide general administrative support to various departments within the college as required.
– Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
– Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
• *Qualifications**:
– High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
– Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs and demands of the college environment.
• *Salary**: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
